Inspired by the warmth and rustic charm of a Mediterranean villa and balanced with the simplicity of modern laid-back living, this next guide brings you a unique collection of pieces that will elevate your living room into a space that is as inviting as it is visually stunning. With natural elements and a warm color palette, this design embodies a sense of relaxation and sophistication that will make you feel right at home.
We’ve started this look by pairing the Alora Mood Farrah 3-Light Opal Pendant. We absolutely love the sprawling, draped effect of this multi-light pendant, which would be beautiful paired with rustic wood beams. While ideal for use over a kitchen island, this piece could easily be modified for use in a large living room, bringing stunning visual interest.
Next, we’ve paired a low-profile swivel chair in a beautiful auburn color. The channel tufting and square arms bring a modern touch, while the soft, luxurious fabric and warm tones bring a refined and elevated feel.
To accent the chair, we’ve paired a Turkish rug pillow, which features warm and complimentary tones and that vintage, lived-in look we love.
We selected the martini table by Visual Comfort for one very import reason, the high curved arches of the legs on the tripod base. This ornate touch is consistent with what you would expect to see in traditional Mediterranean style design and helps soften the boxy, masculine feel of the accent chair.
Lastly, we’ve added a reproduction print of the Horse of the Duke of Wellington. The warm and earthy feel of this piece brings a beautiful rustic touch to the design.
